Linder topcoat is specially designed for textured coatings, especially suitable for indoor and outdoor textured coatings with high requirements for stain resistance and weather resistance. The use of this product not only enhances the self-cleaning and scrubbing resistance of the textured coatings, but also greatly enhances the dust-proofing, water-proofing and weather-resistant capabilities of the textured coatings. It can also make the natural color of the wall remain unchanged through wind and rain.

Total consumption is about (10-12) square meters/kg/one coat (dry film 30 microns).

≤10% water dilution;

Substrate Requirements
The base should be solid, level, clean and dry.
Maintenance time
7 days/25℃: low temperature (should not be lower than 5℃) appropriate extension, in order to obtain the ideal paint film effect.
Construction conditions
Please do not construct in wet or cold weather (temperature <5℃, relative temperature >85%), otherwise the expected painting effect cannot be achieved.
Cleaning
When stopping in the middle of painting and after finishing, please wash all the instruments with water in time.

Remove surface dust, grease and loose plaster from new walls, repair any holes in time and ensure that the walls are clean, dry and level.
Repainting the wall to remove the old wall not solid paint film, remove surface dust chalk and impurities, batch leveling and sanding, clean and thoroughly dry.

Ensure that the surface humidity of the pre-coated substrate is <10% and the pH value is <10.
The surface of the pre-coated substrate must be firm, dry, clean, flat and free of loose material.
