Product Description
Linder Emulsion Paint for External Walls adopts a special formulation process to make the product with superb film-forming property, stability and adhesion, which improves the aging resistance, weathering resistance, scrubbing resistance, anti-staining property and stability of the emulsion paint, and completely overcomes the problems of alkalinity and cracks that are commonly found in the concrete external walls, and the paint surface is complete and long-lasting.

Construction method: brushing, roller coating, spraying
Theoretical paint consumption
Total consumption is about (8-10) square meters/kg/one coat (dry film 30 microns).
Dilution
In order to facilitate the construction, it can be diluted with ≤20% (v/v) of water according to the actual situation (it can be increased or decreased according to the feel of the construction);
Mix well before use.
Recoating time
Surface drying: 10 minutes -Hard drying: 30 minutes -Recoating: ≥2 hours
Substrate Requirements
The base should be solid, level, clean and dry.
Maintenance time
7 days/25℃: low temperature (should not be lower than 5℃) appropriate extension, in order to obtain the ideal paint film effect.
Construction conditions
Please do not construct in wet or cold weather (temperature <5℃, relative temperature >85%), otherwise the expected painting effect cannot be achieved.
Cleaning
When stopping in the middle of painting and after finishing, please wash all the instruments with water in time.

Remove surface dust, grease and loose plaster from new walls, repair any holes in time and ensure that the walls are clean, dry and level.
Repainting the wall to remove the old wall not solid paint film, remove surface dust chalk and impurities, batch leveling and sanding, clean and thoroughly dry.

Ensure that the surface humidity of the pre-coated substrate is <10% and the pH value is <10.
The surface of the pre-coated substrate must be firm, dry, clean, flat and free of loose material.
